The Esusu app includes many of the same core benefits available through the Resident Portal, with a mobile-first experience that makes it easier to:

• Monitor credit progress;
• Track rent reporting status and history;
• Manage eligible rent payment plans through Esusu Pay when offered by your property;
• And use renter tools on the go.

Inside the app, renters can:

• See their credit score and track how it changes over time;
• Understand how on-time rent is being reflected through Esusu Rent Reporting;
