We're partnered with Savi!

We’re excited to announce our newest partner Savi. Savi helps residents find the best path for student loans, whether that’s lowering payments, applying for federal forgiveness programs, or exploring refinancing.

Through our partnership with Savi, we aim to address the student debt crisis by offering renters access to critical debt solutions and dedicated customer support. Esusu residents will be able to find and apply for new repayment and forgiveness options, potentially save thousands of dollars on student loan payments, and build their credit scores.

New Feature: Self-service PMS Integrations

Connecting your Property Management System (PMS) just got easier. With our new two-step integration flow, admins can now add an integration directly from the dashboard in a matter of clicks.

Click the “Add Integration” button at the top of the Integrations page to get started. From there, you’ll:

  1. Select your PMS from a list of supported systems

  1. Enter your credentials in a secure modal
  2. Our system instantly verifies your information and either connects successfully or flags what needs to be fixed—no guesswork required.

  1. You fix the problems in your PMS and Re-test.

This upgrade is all about getting you up and running faster, with less friction for your team.

Help residents reach financial goals

We’re excited to introduce Milestones, a new feature in the Esusu App designed to help renters track—and stay motivated toward—their financial goals.

Whether a resident is saving for a security deposit, building an emergency fund, or working toward buying their first car, the Milestones tab makes it easy to set and visualize their progress. Renters can create custom goals, enter how much they’ve already saved, set a timeline, and track their updates over time.

Once a goal is added, Esusu provides AI-generated savings insights to help residents better understand what it will take to reach their goal. It’s a small step with big potential: improving financial confidence and increasing app engagement.

This first version is part of an early beta release, and while renters will manually track their progress today, we plan to automate this in the future using secure bank data integrations. We’re actively collecting feedback to guide those next iterations.

Workshops with Operation Hope are free for any renters in Esusu Communities. Encourage renters to take advantage of workshops or 1:1 expert coaching. Share September workshops with your residents.
