Esusu is partnering with Potomac X Lafayette Square to bring you powerful, socioeconomic insights on your properties through its place-based analytics platform. This data platform shows economic challenges facing a region to help business owners better understand the challenges they, and their tenants, are facing. See valuable regional insights such as residents’ median income and homeownership rates, or upload data to see an analysis of your portfolio. Best of all, this software is free for properties with Esusu and accessible from the new Esusu Dashboard.

We’re expanding the amount of data available in our Esusu Dashboard. View stats on opted-in units and residents, average credit score increase and more. These valuable insights are only the first of new analytics being rolled out to our Esusu Dashboard, and will help you communicate to stakeholders and teams more effectively about your impact on Residents.
