Welcome to this month’s Esusu Product Snapshot! Each month, we round up the latest company news, product enhancements, and resident resources—all designed to help property managers strengthen communities and empower renters.
Here’s what’s new at Esusu.
The Esusuverse

Unlocking Resident Retention and Credit Success
According to TransUnion, more renters in 2025 say they are likely to choose a property manager who reports rent payments. Rent reporting does more than attract residents. It also motivates them to pay on time. At Esusu, we make rent reporting seamless for property managers and impactful for renters. The result is stronger credit outcomes, better retention, and reduced risk across communities. Read more in TransUnion's article.
