Product Updates

Introducing: Product Tours

New and returning users will now see helpful tooltips in the Esusu Dashboard! These guides currently focus on creating groups and managing large properties, but soon, they’ll appear across new features and updates to make navigation even easier.

Full history across transitions

Residents who move within an Esusu property will now have their credit reporting history stay with them. Instead of tracking their data by address, our dashboard will now show their full credit-building journey—even if they switch units.

General Dashboard Enhancements

We’ve made small but useful updates to the Groups detail page! You can now manage groups by adding or removing new sites, or deleting the group to remove all grouping associations.

Making .csv self-service even easier

Our improved CSV upload process helps you fix errors instantly. If your file doesn’t match our template, you’ll get an automatic notice so you can correct and re-upload—no need for extra back-and-forth.

More dashboard updates coming your way

New rent reporting insights are on the way! Soon, you’ll have access to lease-based tracking and unreported resident insights to better understand your rent reporting data. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.

Esusu Dashboard Feature Spotlight: PII Reports

The PII Gap Report is a new feature in the Esusu Dashboard that helps property managers maximize resident credit reporting by identifying residents missing crucial information.

This report provides a downloadable file with details of residents missing their Social Security Number (SSN) or Date of Birth (DOB). These details are essential for accurate credit reporting because they:

  • Link a resident’s rental payments to their credit history.
  • Prevent identity fraud.
  • Ensure the resident’s credit history is reported to credit bureaus.

By providing missing SSNs and DOBs in your Property Management System, you can ensure that Esusu can include all residents in credit reporting, helping them build a positive credit history.

Want to see this feature in your dashboard, and don’t yet? Reach out to your account manager today!
