The June Esusu Snapshot

Welcome to June’s Product Snapshot! We’re rolling into summer with new product updates, more powerful partnerships, and resources designed to support your teams and your residents. Whether you met us at NAA or are exploring the Esusu Dashboard for the first time, we’re excited to show you what’s new.

Here’s what’s new at Esusu.

The Esusuverse

A big week at NAA Apartmentalize

We had an incredible time connecting with so many of you at this year’s NAA Apartmentalize conference. Our team was on-site sharing how Esusu Identity Services can help property managers and operators verify income and identity before move-in—reducing fraud risk, saving valuable time, and improving resident onboarding.

Resident Resources

New Esusu App Feature: Milestones

The Esusu App now includes Milestones, a new tab where renters can track savings goals like deposits, or debt repayment. Residents set their goal amount and timeline, and receive helpful insights along the way.

Financial Education Center

This month we launched the OneUnited Financial Education Center, available for all Esusu renters in the Esusu app. This program equips renters with the critical knowledge and skills they need to make the financial decisions that are best for them.

Renters can complete a short survey to get a Personalized Playlist or choose from courses on retirement planning, investing, running a small business, healthcare finances, emergency planning and many other financial topics!
