The new Esusu App has all of the same functionality as our Resident Portal that you can access on your browser. If you live in a property that has Esusu, you’ll be able to check and track your credit score, access free financial resources, and see how reporting your rent can increase your credit score. On average, our renters see an increase of 36 points in their credit score from reporting their rent through Esusu.
Credit score tracking
To start with, knowing your credit score and monitoring its progress over time is a vital building block in improving your financial wellness. This is why the Esusu App monitors your credit over the months. As a result, you see valuable insights like recent gains or losses month-over-month so you’re always on top of your credit score. Now, you can see the impact of your spending, loans and Esusu’s Rent Reporting whether you’re at your desktop or on your phone.
Rent reporting over time
Next is one of our core features- Rent Reporting. If your property uses Esusu, you can see a history of your reported rent right in our app! Keep track of what was reported and when. As a result, you build your credit with the rent payments you’re already making. How does it do this? Rent Reporting adds a depth of history showing on time payments to the Credit Bureaus, which in turn proves trustworthiness that reflects in your score. This powerful tool increases our renter’s scores by +36 on average!
Esusu Passport Beta
The Esusu Passport is a new offering which helps you show rental history to landlords. Everyone knows that the rental application process is stressful and in some cases competitive. As a result, being able to prove your rental history could be the tipping point of acceptance. As a result, the Esusu Passport is your way to prove your history. You simply send this data during the application process through our app. At this time, it is only available if your property is reporting your rent through Esusu.
The Esusu Marketplace
Finally, our mobile app has access to one most-utilized services: the Marketplace. You can get access to discounted services to help boost your credit and improve your financial literacy. The Marketplace features offerings from our business partners at a discounted rate. You can find everything from finance to shopping with exclusive discounts and offerings.
